Vision

To provide empowerment to the local youth within Kanana, a small community which is situated in Bronkhorstspruit under the City of Tshwane, with a population of approximately 3 000 people by implementing the Renewable Energy Technologies (RET) skills programme and practical exposure to the world of work within the RET skills programme.
Rolling out the same programme in two other communities, namely Touwsrivier in the Western Cape and Prieska in the Northern Cape.

Mission

Offering skills and development to the Kanana community in solar photovoltaic (PV) system design by providing an Energy and Water Sector Education and Training Authority accredited programme assisting participants in attaining their National Qualification Framework (NQF) level 4 Certificates in Electrical Engineering.

Objectives

Providing the Kanana community with skills development in solar photovoltaic (PV) system design.
Providing an accredited and quality educational programme to participants.
Uplifting youth with community development and employment opportunities through education, discovery, and empowerment programmes within the renewable energy sector.
Engaging in on-going community programmes to be rolled out primarily focused on enhancing human competencies in vulnerable communities across the country.
